RETURNS/EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Include your order number and which item(s) you would like to return
If you change your mind about your purchase DE will provide you with a online or in-store Shop credit or an exchange on full-priced items, where:
- the items are in original saleable condition with all tags attached
- the items have not been worn, damaged or washed
- the items are faulty (unless caused by you)
- returns & exchanges must be made within 72 hours upon receipt of the goods, as we are a small business with low inventory
- we do not accept returns on sale goods, unless stated in a promotion
- Returns/Exchange freight is at your own cost
- If the item is faulty return freight is free and we will provide a full refund
