RETURNS/EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

We suggest buying two sizes and return the one that isn't right for FREE

Returns and Exchange shipping is FREE on any full-priced item. A returns label will be included in your order. 

DE will provide you with a full refund on full-priced items, or the price that you paid if discounted using the subscription offer, where:

  • the items are in original saleable condition with all tags attached
  • the items have not been worn, damaged or washed
  • the items are faulty (unless caused by you)
  • you notify us about the return within 24 hours of receiving the order
  • please notify us of your return or exchange on designemporiumnz@gmail.com Include your order number and which item(s) you would like to return
  • we do not accept returns on sale goods, unless stated in a promotion
  • returns & exchanges must be made within 48 hours upon receipt of the goods, as we are a small business with low inventory 
  • once we have received your return or exchange we will notify you by email
  • refunds will be processed within 1 business day. Allow 2-3 business days for your refund to show in your account
