Returns & Exchanges
Please first notify us of your return/exchange by emailing

Include your order number and which item(s) you would like to return/exchange.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
DE will provide you with a full refund on full-priced items, or the price that you paid if discounted using the subscription offer, where:
- the items are in original saleable condition with all tags attached
- the items have not been worn, damaged or washed
- the items are faulty (unless caused by you)
- you notify us about the return within 24 hours of receiving the order

Include your order number and which item(s) you would like to return - we do not accept returns on sale goods, unless stated in a promotion
- return shipping is at your own cost.
- returns must be made within 48 hours upon receipt of the goods.
- shipping must be via tracked courier to ensure safe and documented delivery, or the loss of the parcel is at your own cost. Please provide tracking details within 48 hours
- once we have received your return we will notify you by email and process your refund within 1 business day. Allow 2-3 business days for your refund to show in your account
EXCHANGES
we will provide you with one free exchange on full-priced items, if you have not used the subscriber discount :
- return shipping for exchanges is at your own cost. We will not charge you again to send the replacement unless you have used the subscriber discount, one time only.
- the items are in original saleable condition with their original packaging and all tags attached
- the items have not been worn, damaged or washed
- the items are faulty (unless caused by you)
- you notify us about the exchange within 48 hours of receiving the order
